Burgett Floral is a family owned and operated, brick and morter florist serving the Greater Grand Rapids area.  When you place your order with us, you are placing your order with the people who will be filling your order.  We have been in business for 67 years because we purchase quality flowers and plants following "chain of life" care for longest life expectancy.  We have experienced, creative designers who enjoy making pretty arrangements-something they would like to receive themselves.  We endeavor to treat our customers like we would our friends--listening to their needs and offering suggestions to make the ordering process easier.

Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

A local delivery fee of 10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

This is our guarantee to you of high quality upon arrival.  If you are unhappy for any reason, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make a complete replacement.

 

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the unavailability of certain flowers during certain seasons and in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, shape and color scheme of the arrangement using flowers of equal value.  In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. We will endeavor to notify you of any flower substitutions and will not substitute a keepsake container without your permission.
